Serendipity was founded by Emmanuel Gybels.

After having practised law at major Belgian and international law firms, Emmanuel was the managing partner of the Brussels office of a US AmLaw 100 firm for 10 years. During that period he made the office grow from 3 to 30 fee earners and built an enviable brand name. Under his tenure, the office was named "Best US law firm in Brussels" by the Belgian legal awards.

Emmanuel has assisted numerous domestic and international clients in setting up and growing businesses in various markets. He has a deep knowledge of the legal and practical challenges of conducting a business.
